Most women wear a 7" bracelet (6"–6.5" wrist). The bracelet should slide over the hand but not rotate freely on the wrist — when in doubt, go half an inch up.
How to measure at home
- 1. Wrap a soft measuring tape (or a thin strip of paper) snugly around your wrist, just above the wrist bone.
- 2. Read the length in inches — that's your wrist size. Mark the paper and measure it against a ruler if you used paper.
- 3. Add 0.5–1" for the perfect drape, then match it to the length column above. Available sizes: 6"–8".

Are the beads natural tourmaline?
Yes — every bead is natural Brazilian tourmaline from old-mine stock. Because the crystals form in many zones, one strand carries pink, green, watermelon (pink core with green rim) and honey tones together — no two bracelets are identical.
Which bead size should I choose?
4mm reads fine and delicate — good for stacking with watches. 6mm is the classic everyday size and our best seller. 8mm is a confident statement; 10mm is bold and reads best on wider wrists or worn solo.
Will the stretch cord fit my wrist?
The bracelet is strung on a durable elastic cord and slides over most hands comfortably, fitting wrists from about 6 to 7.5 inches (15–19cm). To keep the elastic at its best, roll it on and off instead of pulling.
How do I care for a tourmaline bracelet?
Tourmaline is a 7–7.5 Mohs stone suited to daily wear. Keep it away from hard knocks and harsh chemicals, and wipe the beads with a soft damp cloth after wear. Store it flat or rolled — not stretched — and the elastic cord will keep its snap for years.
Is this bracelet good for men?
Yes. The rainbow tourmaline strand is fully unisex — the 8mm and 10mm sizes in particular read as a clean men's beaded bracelet, and the stretch cord has no clasp to fuss with.
