Returns & Refunds Policy

You may return any unworn, original-condition item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

• Items must be unworn and in original packaging with all tags and certificates included.
• Returns are free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
• Refunds are issued after our workshop inspects the piece (usually within 2–3 business days of arrival).

• Custom and personalized pieces (custom birthstone bracelets, engraved items, made-to-order designs) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
• Items marked "final sale" at checkout.
• Earrings returned without their original hygiene seals, for health and safety reasons.

Email us with your order number (format LS-XXXXXX) and a short description of the issue. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be refunded.

• Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
• Depending on your bank or PayPal, the credit may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defect or our error.

• If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos — we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
• Orders lost in transit (no tracking movement for 14+ days) are fully refunded or replaced at your choice.

Want a different size or stone? Email us within 30 days — exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order at the same price.

Most rings can be resized up or down by up to two sizes free of charge within the first 90 days; after that, a flat workshop fee applies.

Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects (stone setting, prong integrity, chain soldering). Normal wear, scratches, and damage from misuse are not covered. Warranty claims: email photos and your order number — repairs are free, you only cover shipping to our workshop.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they ship (usually within 1–2 business days of payment). Once shipped, please use the return process above.
